A savings account requiring a minimum balance of $100 at all times, paying a higher dividend rate than a regular share savings account. $100 is the minimum amount required to open this account. Except for the minimum balance requirement, there is no limitation on deposits or withdrawals. This account has a tiered rate structure, based on the average daily balance in the account. The rate earned is paid on the entire account balance. Remember that federal regulations limit pre-authorized withdrawals or transfers to six per month.
